Pumpkin Tchotchke
This is a tchotchke of sorts. i should not grow too attached because soon it will rot. It is after all a pumpkin.
Someone is really enthusiastic about plastic teddy bears.
Sometimes tee shirts become tchotchkes. Know what I mean? You save them because they are from something special but you don’t wear them. This Morris shirt is from my Dad. He used to save proof of purchase from all of the cat food he bought for Smokey. Then he would ship them in for free shirts. I used to have like 10. My friends and I would wear them to school for twin day. The other shirt is the one we made for my trip to Israel when I was 15. It is filled with jokes I don’t understand but I do love the shirt.
This is a piece of fabric I got from Robin in college. I used to suspend it from the loft in my room and I have used it in costuming, decorating, wrapping gifts and practically everything else. I think it has magic.
This is a globe that I got from Joana for my Bat Mitzvah. It has water inside and when you shake it white dust floats around and it gets cloudy. Posting it on here is painful and feel like getting rid of it all over again. I am second guessing.
MOOSE. Some find her creepy. I like her.
Given to me by my friend in france, years ago… This model boat has been a source of imaginary adventurers adventures for years in my head.

This is from the 1920s themed birthday party we threw for Kenny. IT IS SO FUNNY TO ME. He is really looking great with that huge hair. Kailin made this and used an old ad as the base. Letting it go, keeping it in my heart and on Tchotchke Emporium.
